Service Rates
Standard rate up to 30 minutes is $5 per notarial act/notary signature plus travel fee.
Hourly appointments start at $50 per hour plus $5 notarial act/notary signature and travel fee (contact for pricing specifics).
Travel Fee - I'm coming to you
$25 Mobile Fee local travel (up to 15 miles)
$50 (up to 35 miles)
$100 (36 miles or more)
$25 public place of convenience (Public library, Starbucks, Barnes & Noble, etc)

What can a Notary Public do?
Notary Publics perform Notarial Acts.
A “Notarial act” means any act that a notary public of this State is authorized to perform and includes taking an acknowledgment, administering an oath or affirmation, taking a verification upon oath or affirmation, and witnessing or attesting a signature.
Can you tell me what type of notarization I need?
A Notary Public cannot tell the client what type of notarization they need unless it clearly states from the contents of the document, or is indicated from the notary certificate present on the document.
What is a Notary Public?
Someone who is a Notary is actually a public official, Although it is an unpaid position, they are allowed to charge fees for providing notary services. A Notary’s primary purpose is to deter fraud in the execution of documents.
What kind of ID is acceptable?
Now, notaries accept a wide range of IDs. For starters, a government-issued form of ID like a driver’s license has become a standard. Similarly, a passport can also work as one of the most acceptable forms of ID. On the other hand, military ID or state ID card is deemed other acceptable forms of ID.
In the State of Illinois, expired identifications at the the time of notarizations are not permissible.

$100 travel fee plus $5 for each signature
